Our Founder
Alejandra Melo-Pale
Alejandra Melo-Pale was born in Mexico City into a family of traders in various fields, including automotive parts, where she began working at just 12 years old, performing minor tasks. Over time, she received a series of recognitions for her excellent performance in an area that was predominantly male-dominated.
She started her auto parts business with her father's assistance at the age of 23, and during that time, she also ventured into a traditional Mexican restaurant for the first time. She was always well-acquainted with business thanks to her parents, who owned a highly regarded and widely accredited business for over 40 years, hence the success of each of her enterprises.

Immersed in the administrative field, she gained experience and was able to start three more businesses in recycling, cleaning products, and the restaurant industry. Strongly influenced by her father, a lifelong businessman, and supported by her entire family, she decided to emigrate to the United States in 2015 and start anew.
She currently owns a company that specializes in cleaning during the construction of houses, buildings, and commercial premises. In 2022, she launched a new company that offers a wide range of construction services. She also supports various altruistic projects, as this is a family tradition instilled in her values.

Frida Ramos
Frida had to defer her university entry to study business and assume the helm of the company during the pandemic. Her mother, the founder of R & M, had to be hospitalized due to COVID complications.
"I really enjoy entrepreneurship; I handle many areas of the business, but it's in sales where I thrive."
This responsibility required her to balance family obligations and manage the business. As a result of these experiences, along with her completion of various courses and diplomas, Frida has emerged as a knowledge resource in both the cleaning and construction industries, making her an indispensable asset to the family business.
She has continued her education by collaborating with professionals, participating in business courses, workshops, and summits. Additionally, she plans to pursue further academic education at a university.
Currently, Frida volunteers for "Amhiga Hispana," where she leads business workshops and serves as a panelist at business expos, sharing her expertise to support other Latinx entrepreneurs. She has also been featured in "Mujeres Couture Magazine," alongside Alejandra, providing insights into R&M and their journey.
